BARBADOS (July 18, 2019) – Day one of the 2019 Rugby Americas North Men’s Under-19 tournament kicked off on Thursday at Bellevue Plantation Polo Club with eight matches being played under sun-drenched skies.

Mexico and USA South emerged as the teams to beat after scintillating performance on day one to both finish with two wins from two.

Tomorrow morning will see one more round of pool matches, before the top four sides advance to the cup semi-finals and the next four move to the plate semi-finals in the afternoon.

With the women’s 10s tournament also getting underway tomorrow it should make for a busy day across the two fields. There will be no live stream on Friday, however all of the matches on Saturday & Sunday can be seen live on Rugby Americas North’s Facebook & Youtube pages.
